Dynatrac announces their new Stub-Hub wheel hub kits for Dana 60 axles. Made in the USA from chromoly steel forgings and high strength nodular iron castings, the Stub-Hub upgrade kits are the perfect complement to larger diameter wheel and tire packages. The deeper backspacing of today's wheels makes the locking hub more exposed to impact with rocks and other off-road obstacles. The new Stub-Hub increases clearance by drawing the locking hub back inside the protection of the wheel by more than 1.5 in. per side. Up to 2.375 in. per side of clearance can be realized by combining the Stub-Hub with the new DynaLoc locking hub from Dynatrac.

Dynatrac is committed to be on the front line of four-wheel drive development. The Stub-Hub solves a problem that did not even exist several years ago when most wheels had 3.75 in. backspacing on 10 in. rim widths. As big tire and rim widths have decreased and backspacing has increased hub exposure has grown worse. The Stub-Hub is the perfect solution to that problem.

The fixed spindle design used in the Stub-Hub provides outstanding support for wheels and tires exceeding 40 in. in diameter. Bolt-on installation with fully serviceable Timken bearings and seals make the Stub-Hub the reliable choice over troublesome OEM unit bearings. Replacement bearings and seals are common over the counter parts available at any auto parts store or dealer.

The Stub-Hub will also work with most popular aftermarket and OEM manual locking hubs. Stub-Hub kits include spindles, wheel hubs, bearings, races, seals, studs, and 35-spline outer axle shafts.
